You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by phone free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged because we may not have time to offer the slot to another patient.

We can usually offer you an appointment within a short time. Call us and we will find the earliest suitable time. If you need urgent care, we will prioritise you and aim to see you the same day whenever possible.

We accept debit and credit cards. Payment is due after each treatment. If you need to arrange instalments for more extensive treatment, please speak to us in advance so that we can find a solution.

Adults generally pay for their own dental treatment, but HELFO provides financial support for a number of conditions, including periodontitis (gum disease), severe tooth wear, certain congenital conditions and treatment following accidents. We always assess whether you are entitled to support, and we settle eligible claims directly with HELFO, so you only pay your share at the clinic.

No. We do not treat children and young people up to and including the age of 18. They belong to the public dental health service. We begin by discussing your dental health and any concerns, followed by a full examination with X-rays. We clearly explain our findings, the proposed treatment plan and the estimated cost before any treatment begins. Please allow approximately 45 minutes.

Yes – and you are not alone. Let us know when you book so that we can allow extra time. We explain everything as we go, take breaks whenever you need them and never proceed faster than you are comfortable with. Effective local anaesthesia is a given. For patients who are very anxious we also offer sedation with a calming tablet. This must be arranged in advance.

No. We cannot obtain records or X-rays from your previous dentist on your behalf. You need to arrange this yourself, in person with your previous dentist.

Yes, we straighten teeth using transparent aligners. Book a consultation and we will assess whether the treatment is right for you, then provide a price and timeline for the full course of treatment.

You will find us at St. Marie gate 96–98, in the heart of Sarpsborg. On-street parking and car parks are available within walking distance, and the clinic is a short walk from the bus terminal.

Monday 12:00–19:00 and Tuesday–Friday 07:30–15:30. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
